PACK 540 MISSION STATEMENT: It is the mission of Pack 540 to provide the Cub Scout age boys with the opportunity to experience scouting. The boys will strive to live their lives in accordance with the guidelines of their religious and family values, as well as the values of the Boy Scouts Of America. The adult leaders will strive to provide a safe,educational, and fun atmosphere in which the Cub Scouts can thrive, learn, feel secure and have fun!
When joining Pack 540 each parent or adult family member agrees to support their son in the following ways:
1. See that he has the proper uniform and handbook.
2. Assist in attending weekly den meetings and monthly pack meetings.
3. Work with him to complete advancements for his rank awards.
4. Return information forms and permission slips as asked.
5. Support Den Leaders as a resource person or substitute as asked.
6. Agree to serve in some leadership capacity as called upon
7. Provide input to Den Leaders or Pack Leadership with regards to Pack or Den programming
